Shipping Info
I aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days (Mon-Fri).
Everything is handmade with love (and probably back pain), so I appreciate your patience! If there is ever a delay, I’ll let you know.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48:
- Orders under £20: Standard Tracked 48 rate applies (calculated at checkout)
- Orders £20+ qualify for FREE Tracked 48 shipping (because I’m nice like that)
You’ll receive your tracking number by email once your parcel is on the way. Tracked 48 usually takes 2-3 working days after dispatch.
You can upgrade shipping at checkout if you’re feeling boujee or in a rush.
Delivery Upgrades
Upgrade prices depend on your order total (because math is annoying, but fairness exists).
If your order is under £20: You’ll see the full Royal Mail prices at checkout.
- Tracked 24 – £3.65
- Tracked 48 w/ Signature – £4.65
- Tracked 24 w/ Signature – £5.55
If your order is £20+: You only pay the difference between the free Tracked 48 and the upgraded service, so the upgrades cost less.
- Tracked 24 – £1.00
- Tracked 48 w/ Signature – £1.90
- Tracked 24 w/ Signature – £2.80

Lost/Delayed Parcels
Once I post your order, it’s in the hands of the Royal Mail gods. But if your parcel hasn’t arrived within 10 working days, email me and we’ll figure it out. I keep proof of postage and tracking for every order.
UK Orders Only
At this time, I only ship within the UK – International shipping isn’t available just yet. UK babes only for now.
Returns & Refunds
Standard Bracelets & Items
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, email me within 14 days of receiving it, and we’ll sort it out like two respectable human beings. I want you to be happy with your sparkly stuff.
Personalised/Custom Orders
These are made just for you, so I don’t offer refunds or returns unless the item is damaged or faulty on arrival. If it is damaged or faulty on arrival, please email me within 14 days of delivery with photos and your order number.
Thank you for understanding that I can’t resell them or offer exchanges on one-of-a-kind pieces.
Earrings
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty.
Return Postage
If I approve a return, you’ll need to post the item back safely and cover return shipping. I recommend using a tracked service so that it doesn’t vanish into the void.
